Cancellation Policy
Booking fees are non-refundable, and are transferable only one time if rescheduled outside of the 48 hour window. Booking fee will be forfeited by client if cancelled at any point or rescheduled within 48 hours of appointment. If no deposit collected client is subject to a 30% cancellation fee to the card on file or will be invoiced for said amount. **If cancelled or rescheduled same calendar day, no show, or 15 min late the cancellation fee goes up to 50% of the price of service and that minus the booking fee will be charged to the card on file.
